Hi Yuri, my site name is maximizemoney but real name is Vincent. I am interested in investing as a group in the NYC area particulary Co-Ops and selling them for a huge profit. Anybody interested? Lets do this, the only obstacle is doubt.

I have a list of houses in New York City that are ripe for anyone who wants to either wholesale, flip, or just use them as a rental property. They are all totally abandoned, with overgrown lawns, uncollected mails, the windows the other entrances are boarded up. Their Values are all assessed between $250K- $500K. Yuri donot know if you still check your emails with deans family but i hope so...i want to invest in a property in New York and want to know the states rules or how we investors go about investing and selling off to another investor in New York. If a find a deal, we cannot assign in NEw YOrk, Correct? So what are the steps to take?
