I live in Chicago and a friend of mine brought a deal to me today. I live on the south side and he is becoming a real estate agent and knows I am becoming a real estate investor. He brought me a short sale on a property that the bank is asking $39,000 for. I looked at through total view and is valued about $130,000 for. I am going to see what I can do with it but if you might be interested in it, let me know and I will send you the info on it. It is a three bedroom, two bathroom house in Chicago.
