I went over all the CDs from set for life, and I came across a what I think is a great deal here on Chicago's south side. There is a three family house short sale where the bank wants $39,000 and according to total view, the house is worth about $121,500. Tomorrow, I am going to see about finding a real estate agent and see what I can work out. I want to make my 1st deal work!!
