I was so close before but the minute I mentioned an escape clause the deal was off, oh and I didnt have a proof of funds letter either. How can I get a deal put together with no credit/money down?

Your best bet is to read Dean's most recent Books "profit from Real Estate By Now" and "Your Town Your Real Estate Profits." Those books lay out in great detail how to go about the No Money Down strategies..
My favorite ones are "Lease options" and "Assignment Deals." Those can be Absolute No money Down strategies TODAY

Yeah I love the assignment deals makes a quick buck! But the issue is some of the realators I've dealt with don't like the idea of assignment, and they don't understand how they work even explaining it to them. Also they say because of the tightening of belts it doesn't work. I haven't had a chance to read Dean's new book but did read Real Estate Millionaire.

Bernard, Hey before you jump into the trenches, you might want to take a few days and read Dean's books. Real Estate Millionaire is a good book but not up to date as much as Dean's books are. Read and re-read and then lets talk about how we can get you making some $$$....Jan
