Hi Michael. For now, I'm focusing on NY, upstate NY. I've seen a few properties, one specifically for 39k. A rented out multi-family property. I believe that I can get this property close to 30k if I can offer an all cash deal. I'm looking for 40k, so that I can get some money for my risk as well as the investors risk.
I'd love to talk to you about this. I want to start a strong business relationship with many investors. Michael, I'd like to pick up many properties that are multi-family properties, I want investors that will help me to take on these properties.

I just wanted to mention one more thing. If I can't make these types of deals work because my state is NY, I'm not willing to let this get in my way, just find me a state that works better, and I'll find all cash deals with help from investors.

Like I mentioned earlier, I can find deals anywhere, so my main goal is making money on these deals. To that end, if I know that I can get money for cash deals from a certain area, please tell me, and I'll work those areas.
