You Can't do Deals if you do not have 3 of The things that are Important

You can't do deals if you do not have The following

1. Real Estate Agent
2. Property
3. Buyer(s)

if you do not have all 3 you can't close anything I'm starting over & Fresh I made myself A - TO DO - List, listing everything I need to do before trying to find Properties My Advice is To make yourself A to do list
& start action on your list on things you need to do in order to become Successful .

Here What I Have wrote On my TO DO LIST

1. A Real Estate Agent
2. Escrow Company
3. Real Estate Attorney ( Already Have )
4. Real Estate Title Company
5. Finding Traditional Funding ( Have Found 3 Companies)

6. A Buyers List

7. Read Deans Books

I Just Joined REALTOWN.COM to collect Buyers & RE Agents once I have A RE Agent that Understands Assignments & things then I'll do my Buyers list
& then Find Properties & Match them up .

I'm begaining to realise hell i can't do nothing if i don't have anything .......lol

Exactly & I realise I had to Restart Over basically Because Its not going to work if I just Go out & do A deal & Have no Buyers like whats the point so I told myself write myself A list & List everything I'm going to need in order to Succeed in becoming A RealEstate Investor & to actually close A Deal & More Deals .

I'm like I can not get any were if I do not Make A list of Whats in Deans Books I Realised this last night & This morning I started Half of my list .

Its Basically Going back to The Starting line & Refreshing What I need to do .

I disagree on number one, false statement!

I did Six deals from May 1st to June 16th and did not use or need a realtor!! In fact, I sold one of my deals to a realtor! I am not saying that you don't need a realtor, you do, but not having one will not stop you from doing a deal!
I think it is WAY better to find, negotiate and get a property under contract all by my little bitty self!! So statement one is FALSE! Also, in my opinion you need more strategies on finding properties than using an agent and the MLS.
Again, don't wait on a agent to start finding properties and making offers. Start your own marketing effort to find buyers and sellers FIRST!
