How Do I go about contacting home owner?

How Do I go about contacting home owner?

If I was to see a home that I could potentially profit from one way or another, and the home was listed with a realtor and I made an offer through the realtor and had it accepted how do I get in contact with the owner of the property?

Will realtors give you this information?..

If the offer was accepted and you have a fully executed contract then a realtor may give you this information. At the very least, the realtor can convey whatever message you may have for the owner and leave it up to them to give the permission to give out their info or contact you themselves.

Contact

Just go to the Tax Assessors web site and type in the address and it will show you who the owner is and their address, parcel number and all the information on the house. Also you can look them up on Google or Facebook or do those reverse phone number look up's.

You can also look on the Treasurers web site and see who pays taxes. There will also be a name and contact information.
