How I find deals/buyers

How I find deals/buyers

Nowadays its all about who you know, not what you know. If you want to make millions in real estate, you need to network! That is why I joined this site. Since joining sites like this and **** i have been able to buy and hold 2 properties in the NY/NJ area, both retail properties. And have made a good success with it.

So get out there..no wait, dont get out there. Stay home on your computer and network!!! THEN get out there!

Looks like a good resource. I just searched my criteria and got a list of 126 entities that I can contact. Looks like a good site!

In the spirit of networking, I am in Tempe, AZ. If you or anyone you know is looking for anyone who may be a resource to them here, feel free to forward my info (and network with me yourself, if you'd like) and I'll do the same for you when such opportunities arise.

Advice

I know somebody whos renting through a property management company.he has now being told to submit a thirty day notice with his rent check because the owner is walkin away from the property. I think i can make a deal if only I can get ahold of the owner. The managemenet company will not let me know the phone number or current address for the owner. Any Ideas

try putting the property address into www.propertyshark.com to get the owner's name and possibly address. Can also go to www.naco.org to search thecounty your friend lives in for a tax assessor website; you may be able to look up the property information there.

eh propertyshark is not the

eh propertyshark is not the greatest resource, try calling your local county tax board, or simply google the address sometimes you can find info

Advice

Thanx Guys I will try all three suggestions and let you know how it turs out.

DocDavis/ California

I'm in California too!!! Can anyone tell me if bandit signs are working in So. Calif? I am trying to move forward, and feel some days like I'm spinning my wheels on techniques that aren't working in California, has anyone had success here and willing to share their techniques?

Finding the owner

Do you have the address of the property? If you do, you can go to your local county courthouse and do a title search or if you have access online you can go to NETRonline and look it up there. You can go online and go to the county tax accessor and type in the address of the property. Someone has to pay taxes. It should give you the name and address on file. Also if you look up the title it will give you the name and address of the individual who bought the property. These are PUBLIC records and anyone can search them. Hope this helps.
