I have good news. I have access/connection to leads all over in any city/states. Leads will give you a report with owners name, mailing address, 1st Tust deed loan amount (only in California for loan amounts)etc. I sure wish I had a help with these leads when I started RE 6 years ago. So if your a new investor or even seasoned this is a wealth of information and will prevent you from running down to the tax accessor's office to find owner information or going to the county recorders office to look up loan amount and deed. You can also specify your search criteria(house, duplex, commercial property, duplex, zoning, by street/block, etc... a good tool. You can get them emailed to you.
