About Me: 

Im an ole guy with a young, optomistic an thankful attitude. I have been blessed with 4 wonderful children and 4 precious "grandies"...the last making his appearance on 10/13/10. I been self employed most of my life, but unfortunantly like many, I had all of my eggs in the same basket. My main supplier sold out an I lost almost everything. "Down but not out". You might put my nose on the carpet but you will not hold it there very long. Im looking forward to REI and the "real" financial security it will provide. I want to hook up with other DG students in Birmingham area, because I know a team has a much better chance at success than individual. Ecc 4:9-12.

Hunting, fishing, cooking, spending time with kids, and playing with my dog.

I saw your post on Dean's latest blog and noticed you are from Birmingham. Just wanted to say hello and welcome you to the DG Family. This site (if you don't already know) is awesome with a lot of info, resources and support from others who have been where we want to go.

I am originally from Birmingham, but have lived in Moody the last 15 years. I'm relatively new (no deals, yet), but am in the process of setting up my business, networking, etc. What part of town do you live in?

K..thanks for your encouragement and priceless information. I hope everything is going marvelously for you!! Btw, your last forum re: L/O's answers so many questions for so many DGers. I posted and asked a couple of questions and I look forward to rec answers, and after I finish the "little" reading assignment Im sure I will have more.

Btw, I saw an old post from zeekjones in May 2008, and he said to make lease agreement and lease option separate forms. Could you tell me why?

The reason you use two forms is this. If the T/B gets into arrears on his rent it is much easier and cheaper to evict than foreclose. You give your atty the lease agreement and he evicts. Be SURE not to mention option in rental agreement. Then the judge may rule part ownership and you have a headache.

Most of the time (odds are) T/B won't be able to find his copy of paperwork to protest. If that doesn't answer or you're still confused PM me. I just happened to see this note. This is only seen if someone comes to your page specifically.
