looks good....except the email contact click area is too light in color and you can't see it...home page, seller & faq pages.

good luck.

Have to agree with Linda

Have to agree with Linda about the light colored text. It also appears in the "Free Calculator" link. The only other thing I would suggest is to keep the same font or two at the most. The many different fonts are a bit distracting.

Great job overall though Smiling

I like it! I'm still working on mine and I already know it needs work. But be my guest and check it out. I'm waiting to get my cards before really giving the web address out. Any suggestions? http://www.birdonadog.com.

Nice website!

My suggestion is on "Seller" page and "Area Info" page, break it up a little more into more paragraphs. "FAQ" page is much more friendly to the eye for this reason.

People tend to look at pages with longer "chunks" of wording and decide not to bother reading all that.

Cute name for your company. I offer the same suggestion I just did to Gary. Break it up.

You probably have a lot of good info on there but it's TOO much. I started reading and decided I didn't want to spend that much time. So I left. Customers will do the same.

You also need to rework and not use "we, we we" so often.

Good start tho. It just takes a while to get everything right.

Looks great. You might put ARVs, rehab costs, buy prices on your wholesale deals. Call for price is good for owner occupants I think.
Are you guys up around the big bend area? Ceder key?

Thanks Guys

We appreciate the comments & helpful hints. Linda & Sarah, I agree with the light colored text. Karen, that make sense about the paragraphs & too much
text/reading clumped together. Michael, since we have not done any wholesale deals yet I didn't even think of the ARV or rehab costs, but it's a great idea. We usually just buy, rehab, & flip to the end buyers. We're in Citrus County which is about 1 to 1.5 hours south of Cedar Key. We're next to Crystal River. Thanks agin to all!
