There are many we based sites such as www.zillow.com and www.totalviewrealestate.com that will give you comps on properties however, my suggestion is to get your comps from your realtor. The comps from your realtor will be much more accurate than the ones you will be able to get off the web, thus giving you more precise numbers. In addition to the comps being more accurate, by having your realtor run the comps for you it allows you to focus and work on building other aspects of your business.
One thing to remember is you don’t want your realtor pulling comps on every property they send you. You need to evaluate the properties and narrow them down to just a few by focusing on what your buyers are really looking for.
Good job!
Thank you so much, I really need to know this asap. Thanks again, I will get back to you if anything.

can be obtained by your Realtor, not trulia or zillow.
Trulia and zillow are just points-of-departure, but shouldn't be relied on as true comps, so by all means, use your Realtor! It's free!
Also, hopefully, your Realtor will know details re specific neighborhoods and can give you a better idea of an area than city-data.com or something similar, although I'm not slamming that site. Just saying that boots-on-the-ground knowledge can trump websites. Good luck!
Have your Real Estate Agent pull them for you. All you should have to do is give them the address, and let them know you need the comps for that property (it will take them all of 2 minutes).

Here is a FREE property analyzer I've found:
https://tvallc.infusionsoft.com/go/RehabLite/sroberts/
It's a great tool to use to help analyze your deals (and did I mention it's FREE)! But, you really should spend the $97 and get the full premium edition! IT'S AWESOME!!
