How to make offers?

The quick answer is take the list price and subtract 25%-30 and start putting out offers with that discount. Before you do that you need to know what you are looking to do with the properties. Going out and putting offers on properties without a plan for that property is not the best idea. If you are looking to do asignments of contract the first thing I would suggest is to start building your buyers list, and there is a lot of information on this site that can help you with that.

I agree with my fellow coach. You need to get a buyer's list in place before you start getting serious about offers. (Of course this changes if you are going to buy a hold or rehab the property yourself.) You could have 100 great properties lined up to buy, but if you do not have a buyer you only have 100 great properties to buy.

If you need help building a buyers list you can call in to the Advisory line and a coach will be happy to get you pointed in the right direction.

Working with your realtor is important. However, make sure the timing is right and you have buyers in place.

Thank you for advises, I been working on my buyer listings, have couple Cash buyer and some wants a lot like 35-75% but some just 10%. I guess buyers listing is lined up a little, even haven't done a deal yet. Sellers are hard to find, or just don't know how to find one yet. when get our first whole deal processing to finish, will have idea what to go from there maybe. so help with sells list please. what to look for if what are in see a home for $49900.00 build 1940 need a lot work, what to do?

I know it's a lot of information, want to know what to do, yesterday we went to Attorney office for first time, she was nice and kind. Story to short we were scary to go, because we never done it, and don't know what will the cost. LOL but She just talked with us and give so great legal information. And didn't cost anything yet, just consultation. of course it's experience, Dustin told me that: no in my life time never plan to meet with any attorney. That make feel How Lucky I am to have such supports and amazing process. ^_^
