Just wanted to say Hi to all the Mississippi people on here. Have you made any progress since joining?

I just read your message and wanted to tell you that I have been working really hard on my business since joining the DG family. I haven't done a deal yet because of my odd working hours. I work at night and I sleep during the day. I have gotten a lot of great information and insights from the program that has shown me that even I can make deals happen. I just have to go about it in a more automated way. I've spent the past year setting up my business, building business credit, building my website (www.tridentrealtyllc.com) and getting my 1-800# set up. I am within a couple of weeks of "going live" with my marketing and then I expect the deals to start rolling in automatically. Once I can replace my income from my J-O-B, I will go full-time into Investing (during the day like everybody else - haha).
Where in MS are you from? Are you new to Real Estate?
Who knows, we might be able to partner up sometime in the future.
