I'm getting a little confused making offers usings the 25/1 strategy and I would like to get you guys opinions on it. Ok, I have an agent already and we are in the process on making offers. Question?, Should I use one agent and make all 25 offers with them or use more than one agent in diffrent areas and sumbmitt 25 offers out in tottal using 2 agents? Or should I use one agent to submitt all 25? But how should I put out my offers using that one agent, 5-7 a week until I reach 25 offers?
Also, When your agent is giving you the 30-50 listings that fits your criteria and then you filter the ones you want to amke offers on, are you guys running comps on all these listings to find ARV before you submitt the offers with your agent? Or are you guys just taking the listed price and subtracting 30%-50% and just submitting the offers. Matt never really explained this part, if one should run comps on all 25 offers or not.
This would help me a lot if someone with experince on doing deals already using the 25/1 could help me out.

Regarding your first question...I would use 2 agents. That way, you won't wear out the one agent!
