Lawyer Fees

Lawyer Fees

My lawyer is going to close my deals. He has a fee. Do I have to pay this fee? Will my buyer pay my lawyers fee? How do I collect this fee from my buyer?

Answer regarding lawyer fees

Your buyer may want to use his own attorney to close. If he useses yours he will still need to pay. On an assignment you should not have to have any closing costs or out of pocket expenses. Manage things right and the only thing you will need to worry about financially is where to pick up your check.

I have an attorney that does some closings for me.

I am hear in Chester County Pa.

The way the attorney reads the laws, and also has a Title co. They both read the Law as if, I the wholesaler should pay Transfer tax on each closing.

I do use him on some closings but most of the time I use a different Title Co. that does not charge me any transfer tax.

It is always good to have an attorney on your side.

So use him and pay the fee and also look for a title co and see what there fees are?
