OfflineCan I close on a deal without being there? If so how does that work? For example I get seller under contract in oklahoma but I reside in chicago. Also the buyer/investor is located i oklahoma. Do I have to be there in person on closing?

You don't have to be there to close.If your assigning a contract to another buyer, the title company can overnight the paperwork to the parties & then just send you a check.
