OfflineHi, i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get a LOI for a commercial deal i am working on? I need to submit a LOI to the bank before they will release the info i need for my buyers. Also, is there a standard LOI that can be used in any state? This deal is in Tx and i am in VA.

You can see several different actual Letters of Intent and how they are structured at www.docstoc.com Please understand that this letter holds no weight until you make an actual offer. This should be at the bottom of your page when you make this offer that this Letter of Intent will only be used in conjunction with a signed real estate contractual offer.
This helps gauges the sellers willingness to deal with you. Remember there are more than just the best price when negotiating terms! I hope that this information helps!
