How to assign a property that is already listed by a realtor?

How to assign a property that is already listed by a realtor?

Is it possible to assign a property that is already listed by a real estate agent? If so, how could I go about doing it?

Also, what's the difference between bird-dogging and assignments?

Thanks in advance!

It is possible... IF

You do it right.

The difference between birddoging and Assignments is the amount of money and effort you put int it. When you birddog, you ret any info you can and pass it to the buyer. Then they pay you anywhere from $500 to $2k finders fee. With assignments, you find all the numbers, lockup the property and asign it to the buyer for from $2k to $10 or more, depending how the spread is. But, yes. You can find more answers here.
