Look under the "Student Resources" tab to the left and click on Forms and Docs. Here you will find most REI forms that you will need to start. And yes, they are free.

Where are the OFFER forms?
If you are writing an offer to purchase you can just use the purchase agreement

If you are trying to write offers on FSBOs or unlisted properties, then the Purchase Contracts on the site will work. If you are making an offer on a listed property, you will need to use 1. a real estate agent and 2. The state approved RE purchase contract. States usually require licensed agents to use the state approved contract only. Attorneys can write contracts also which can be used by either agents or you personally. Good luck and remember that offers are what makes your business go forward.
