Do I always have to put the purchase price that the new buyer wants?? Or do I put the purchase price I want to. And Do I need to pay the earnest money to??

Do I put And/ or Assigns on Assignment of contract and Purchase agreement? But do me and the home seller actually go to the title company and close the deal??

you put the price YOU are buying from seller in purchase agreement
you use assignment contract with YOUR buyer and charge the fee to assign the contract to your buyer

Awesome Mike, way to put a small strafing of info down. After being "out of the game" thses last few months this doubled as a good reminder for myself as well in regards to the correct forms and info to specifiy on them.
