Numbers

When you see something like this you then realize that real estate is all about numbers. The more numbers you put in the more responses you get.

It seems that most people put the ideas in their own heads that what they know will get them better results or even that the better personality they have the better results they will obtain.

For those that work in the business they will tell you to just do the business. What does this mean? Well...just do it because the business is a matter of numbers. If you talk to enough people you will find a buyer; if you make enough offers you will get acceptances and so on.

Run the business, run the numbers and do it over and over again. This will take the emotion out of the business and make the business manageable.

It seems simple

It seems so simple to just simply work the numbers of the business but through is numbers make all the difference in this business.

Most people that look for a Realtor call 2-3 and give up saying it cannot be done. Realistically, 20+ calls may be needed. Again, it is all in the numbers. Call enough Realtors and get the results you want.

People may also call 1 buyer and get a negative result. Calling more will get the results.

Giving offers. Some may expect to make 4 offers and get an acceptance when truly the 25:1 works best.

If you look at the business as numbers you can see the more you make the closer you get to what you want.

If you have made 4 offers you could say 21 more and you will have and acceptance. Suddenly, numbers become goals and motivators...common only 21 more...
