Take the contract and your assignment contract and your escrow check to the title company, along with your buyers contact info.
They will call you when its closing time so you can pick up your check.

But all I am doing is Assigning my contract to a new end buyer. I am not buying the house. And can I just email them my contracts instead of going to the title company???
