A few quick questions

Hello all,

I received 'Profit From Real Estate Right Now' 2 days ago and have since read cover-to-cover. I'm now re-reading and trying to touch up on points which I don't yet fully understand.

I will probably post another thread in a different forum regarding questions not concerning Contracts. My apologies ahead of time if these questions have been asked/answered. I did perform a brief search before posting, but was not able to find a definitive answer.

1)Regarding 'Investor Disclosure Statement and Seller's Acknowledgement', what information is required for 2nd paragraph blank? See below:

"This sale shall be contingent upon the Investor finding a Buyer that shall qualify for financing according to accepted criteria of ________ and its funding sources."

2) Where/how can I best find the "Legal Description of Property"?

hey mike congrats on reading deans new book !! i dont know the answer to the criteria blank but will also be interested in the answer. if no one answeres you pm me later and i will ask my coach and get back to you . as for the legal description,i go to my local court house/government building where all the county records and all public records and can get a copy of ANY legal description of any property in your county.i can say if you go there and build rapport with the employees here you will learn a wealth of knowledge and be able to learn what previous buyers and owners have pd for the very properties you are making an offer on 1 hope that helps some . good luck on all your deals

Thank you very much for your help its much appreciated. That works out nicely since I'm going to be spending time at the county court anyways looking for Defaults and Foreclosures. So I will absolutely work on building rapport w/ the employees there.
