Had a caller off of one of my bandit signs ask me how can I buy houses with cash in this economy?
I said to him, how can you not?
Then I went on to explain how money is available everywhere if you just open your eyes. You could hear the understanding in his voice as the conversation went on.
Somebody had an ah-ha moment that day.

By the way, if you have any investors in CA that want 10-40k houses that rent for 500-1200/month rent with little to no repairs, please pm us so we can send you some information.
