comps right now

I need some help. I went to compsrightnow.com, put in my address and that was it. Nothing I clicked on did anything. When I clicked on 'get more info' it took me to zillow.

How do I get comps ? Everyone says this is a great site. What do I need to do to use it profitably?

"findcompsnow.com" YES this works if you go to the correct site, NOT going to "compsrightnow.com" 2 totally different sites

what about ones like me where it doesnt pull a thing up except stuff that is across the stateline?....im in Marietta ohio 45750 area code...and it pulls stuff up in Williamstown west virginia?

I'm having trouble

I'm having the same problem Barb is having. I type in the address of a property but no information is coming up. I'm sure I went to the correct website. Did anyone else have this problem and solve it?

Try more than one address. If you are on the right website, you should have all the information available. I have used this since Mike told us about it and I really depend on it now. It not only gives you the cash buyers' names, but you can see what they are paying for properties in that particular area. This helps me in deciding what I want to pay for a similar property close by.

Still Nothing for my town

I logged in, typed in more than one address, and adjusted the radius bar to 20 for my town of Picayune, MS but still nothing. I did try New Orleans and a lot of information came up so I guess it doesnt work for small towns.
