I think one of the ways to get buyers is by going to this website http://www.findcompsnow.com/

Type in the property or properties in certain area that you are interested in. the website will not only give you the comps for the property but recent cash buyers and private funds used plus the public (FHA-like) funding.

Funny enough, you are looking for buyers but I am looking for sellers of properties for my buyer's list.

the www.findcompsnow.com website will give you this information, I just discovered this yesterday after typing in a property. He will have to know some property addresses though it seems.

Looking for Buyers

I keep running into brick walls,
This is so frustrating, when I do what I'm told to do and get negative or nothing in results. VA doesn't provide information needed for web site(s) to find cash buyers or even sales of home. Any other ideas for a state that doesn't provide data for the internet?

Do I have to go to the local county and look this stuff up old school style?
Just need some direction is all at this point.

Thanks a lot prime export. I'm heading over there right now. Looking for buyers and sellers in Harrisburg, Pa. Do y'all have a website to find sellers besides using craigslist and bandit signs?
