If you’re doing wholesaling, then you have to have your qualified, cash buyers lined up …

From here you’ll then work to find properties & make offer!

There are two ways you can find/buy properties;
1. Properties that are listed with a real estate agent
2. Properties that are FSBO (For Sale By Owner)
[FSBO is NOT just a home owner putting a sign in their front yard,
these are ANY type of properties that are being sold with OUT a real estate agent]

So you’ll search to find an “Investment Friendly REALTOR” who will create automated searches for you and you’ll use free FSBO websites & other techniques to find properties.

So as you’re getting started…you’ll have the money to buy real estate OR you’ll have qualified, cash buyers lined up. Then it will be time to find properties and make offers!
