OfflineAll of us who have been here for any time at all know the importance of having our bios filled out. We emphasize it daily to the newer members joining our family.
Yet repeatedly, when a coach posts and I go to look at their bio, either to see their full name or some info about them, they are pretty much blank.
Sorry, Coaches, but I for one, would appreciate seeing a little of your background also. And I have a strong feeling that this would be a general consensus.
