REALTOR ASKED IF I WAS INVESTOR AND IF SO.. BECAUSE IN THE EMAIL I SENT TO HER I IDENTIFIED MYSELF AS AN INVESTOR.... SHE SUGGESTED THAT WOULD NEED TO SPEAK WITH BUYER PERSONALLY TO DETERMINE THE BEST COURSE FOR CLIENT?
DON'T APPEAR TO EAGER TO WORK WITH INVESTORS, TELLS THAT THE MARKET IS A SELLERS MARKET BECAUSE OF LOW INVENTORY... THAT DOES NOT SOUND ACCURATE. REALTOR WILL SEND ME PROPERTIES THAT ARE LAND CONTRACTS.

I'd say listen to your signature at the bottom of your post and move "on to the next 1!!!!"
That Realtor isn't someone you want to work with, there are plenty of better ones out there! Good luck!

I completely agree with what has been said above. One thing to remember as you search for an agent you will encounter many different responses. Don’t let them stop you in your tracks. Stay on track and move on to the next one. If the realtor you’re talking to doesn’t seem interested, or is telling you things that don’t sound right, call another one. The right realtor is out there, it’s just a matter of taking the time needed to find them.
Good luck!
