1st offer

I'm having my agent submit an offer on a property and she sent me a contract on the property to sign. Does anyone know exactly this contract is or represents?

Contract

Without seeing it, it’s a little challenging to determine what your realtor has sent you. But, what I can assume they sent you is a state approved purchase contract also known as a REPC. This is the form by which your offer will be submitted to the seller.
I would suggest getting with your realtor and filing the contract out together. That way when you encounter things you don’t understand you can ask the realtor right then.

Maybe an Exclusive contract??

Did the agent mention anything about only working with him?
