deals out of area

Hello,I am wholesaling and my target area is 2 hour away,can I still do deals being this far away? I have been trying this for a while now and havent been able to do any deals. anyboy have any advice for me?

Hi Fred,

You can do out of area deals. I do them all the time. You can get the agent in the area or the homeowner directly to send you pictures of the property, you can get contract on it regardless of where you are at. Remember your buyers are the ones who are going to see it and they will decide if they want it or not, so if not then you can cancel your contract based on your partners approval or inspections, therefore you have nothing to worry about. Go for the deals.

Deals can be done anywhere as long as you have your team together.

THAT'S MY QUESTION?

I just received a call from an out of town seller from one of my ads. He is 4 monts behind in payments, on the 16th of next month will be 5 mos behind. He doesn't want anything to do with the property. I have five agents lined up for tomorrow to interview from their receptionist. One thing, he is in West Virginia and I am in Minnesota.

OH! The owner live in my hometown, IA.

WHAT TO DO NEXT? Shah?
