The recent activity in the whether has caused a lot of trouble for people, particularly in the North Eastern areas. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those that have lost so much.
There is another side of this as well. That is the investing side. Often in disasters there are those that would like to move on. The insurance companies have paid out their money and the homeowners want to move on. Banks take back properties after insurance payouts as well.
Here is the thing. Most of these properties (and land) can be on a HUGE sale. Purchase of such properties can help banks, insurance companies, homeowners and the community.
Also, another item to think of is the government grants that often follow such a disaster. Grants flooded the market after Katrina hit the south. I would venture to bet the same will happen in the N.E.
Food for though.

Does that include Vienna, WV? I don't know, I kinda stopped watching t.v to focus on my investing to get my first deal going. Well, that's what Dean suggests. I'm serious about what I'm doing so I'll comply, hee hee'-)
It sound like if this is a disaster area, people will need our assistance to move on. Don't cha think? I get it! I've got a seller in that area that wants out of his mortgage and is almost five months behind.
That's my reason for asking,,
