Business Cards are a simple piece of your real estate business that can make a difference. One piece of advice that I can give when you are considering business cards is "Keep it Simple".
I've seen business cards that have so much information, so many pictures, so many offers and/or slogans that it takes me a minute to find the persons name and phone number! The purpose of a business card is to give that person your contact information and maybe a little insight to what you do. Alot of people like to write information on the back of your card - a little note from your conversation when you handed it to them.
Keep it simple! You have other marketing resources to state everything that you do. Your business card should have the following:
MUST HAVE: (Need to be large enough to see easily)
* Company Name
* Your Name
* Job Title (ie: Real Estate Investor)
* Phone Number
* Email
* Website (if you have one)
OPTIONAL INFO:
* Address
* Fax Number
* Slogan and/or message ie: "We Buy and Sell Houses"
I have seen business cards where the font size for the phone number and email address were so tiny that I needed a magnifying glass to read it. Make the font size large enough that it is easy to read.
Your business cards are a quick and easy way to leave your contact information on a moments notice and/or use integrated in your marketing materials. For example, instead of "tear off tabs" on your fliers, tape business cards across the bottom. Then they have ALL of your information!
Business cards are on of the cheapest forms of marketing. You should be giving them out as often as you can. A box of 250 should last 1 year. If you haven't gone through a box of 250 in 1 year then you aren't working hard enough
Keep your business cards simple, professional and easy to read.
Happy Investing!

I don't like cards with too much info. and or that are hard to read.I also prefer that the back is blank so that I can leave a message or take notes when given one. Example; met at EDGE 2012. It makes it easier the next time you talk to that person. As with any marketing...make changes when needed. Of course that's just my opinion I could be wrong.
Business cards are to be given out or left behind! I really think that if you are not going through at least 250 every three months you are not doing enough to market yourself. We all know its a numbers game and in order to go through 250 business cards every three months you should be talking and handing out your business card to every one or any one. We all go out to lunch or dinner, which almost every place has a bowl that you can drop your business card. Also, a lot of places allow you to leave some business cards on the counter. I personally go through 250 business cards every single month and sometimes even more. If we are not talking to at least 2 or 3 individuals about what we do every single day how can someone locate you?
