OfflineI ordered BRM and should be recieving it any day now but today I was talking to my friends Landlord and told him what I was going to be doing and he is very intrested in "any and all" properties that I come across that he could rent out. I am so excited to get started.

That is great! Talk to him and find out what areas he buys in, if he is into extensive rehabbing or just cosmetic rehabbing, price range he has in mind, how fast he can close etc...
