I started today again working for a Realtor as a apprentice helping them progress their business. I'm pretty comfortable with them and they have both there real estate and broker license. I'm trying to figure out a way to tell him what i'm trying to accomplish, But i don't know where to start or what I should say to them. any ideas ???

You really need to learn from RE Investors...Realtors have a different agenda. Network with other investors to learn the process and investing perspective, along with self-study. There are several threads here that you'll read about the conflict of interest of some investor/agents who work as real estate agents. It is a different mindset altogether; not to say it cannot/will not work out doing both.

is let them know that you work in a partnership (you and your buyer's list, the realtor does not need to know those details) and you and your partners are looking for a realtor with experience working with investors. Remember, you are interviewing them, not the other way around. There are some great posts on this site for questions to ask realtors. Search the forums page.

So the best thing to do is find someone else while still working with the current realtor

As an employee ?? I feel like if you tell them you're interested in being an investor and if there not investor friendly then they may be upset and feel you are using them.
I just had a great idea be quiet and just learn and see if the realtor gives you access to there MLS username and password so that you can look stuff up for them. then maybe you can go look at cash solds and other fantastic information while your in there mls doing whatever they want you to do.
I DO NOT CONDONE doing anything illegal or underhanded. I am just saying IF they give you access to the mls so you can do work for them, then while your in there you may be able to look up cash solds.
best of luck,
