OfflineThere are people in the world who seem to want something for nothing. They have come to the conclusion that work is something to be avoided at almost all costs. Some take the old saying of "working smarter not harder" to mean not working at all.
I want to tell you they are wrong. I have never met a successful real estate investor who does not work hard. If you are making money in this line then you know you must work hard. You must be willing to put in the time in order to be successful.
What do I mean by working hard? We do not have to do the work of a ditch digger in order to work hard. What I am talking about is total effort when your real estate hat is on your head. Go to bed at night knowing you gave it your best effort, not perfection. Your best effort every day will take you further than any thing else.
You were made to succeed. Work is not a dirty four letter work. Work is the great blessing in our life that helps us to meet our financial goals.

I just wanted to say thank you Roy.
I'm hitting the books every day basically just stopping to eat and do my college assignments. I am learning and absorbing everything I can from Dean's books, other investors, the forum, everything I can get my hands on that is useful and I am pursuing my first deal.
What you said made me feel better about my efforts because even though I did not close a deal yet, I am working hard towards it and that counts as well.

What you say is very true Roy I started hittin hard and heavy dec.31 i now have 2 re agents 4 qualified buyers am in 2 REI clubs and have joined several property websites set up for investors. I joined Insiders Elite have my EDGE event seats reserved and have sent multiple letters out to lawyers,inpectors and title companies am no awaiting their responses to see which ones i will meet up with. It all comes down to WORK if you want it WORK for it. Thanks for the welcome remionder Roy.
PS Do you have a good ROI formula i have several but I like to ask the experts for their tried and true methods.
