femailceo - I love you're advice and agree 100% - start with the hardest on you're list first.
Another trick that I learned a long time ago, is to make you're list right before you go to bed at night. Everything that is on your mind, that you are trying to remember to do the next day will be on that list. You will sleep better at night. Your mind will be able to rest because you don't have to remember. It is on your list, waiting for you in the morning.
Try it!
KEEP MOVING FORWARD

Thanks for the reminder; They say that is a good way to sleep is to write things down, and then you won't have to worry about it, but start on it the next day. Same for ideas, etc.

That reminds me of a something I heard in a movie. I do't remember the movie but the line was, "Always do what scares you". We can definately apply this to real estate. As I talk to client there are some that have trouble getting the courage to talk to investors or agents. Remember they are people just like us and they can be a big help to us achieving our goals. Go out and do the things you are afraid of over and over agian, and soon the fear will go away.

Wrote out my list of things to do this morning. It's 5:22pm and I've crossed off most of the items. I like doing the lists...it let's me see what I have accomplished. I even put non-REI things on my list....HA!
