It's a simple letter from a bank or other financial institution indicating the name of the person and amount of cash available. Usually on the institution's letter head.

mmmmmmm ok thast not the question.... Im well aware of what it is..... Coastal, Rock valley were good sources to get one.... Since they have vanished Im looking for a good " WEBSITE " that supplies them.
Question for Louis3733 on Besttransactionfunding.com
At Besttransactionfunding.com they require for you to fill in every single line on the form to print out the POF letter for you. But I have a question for you, On the space where it says to provide companys name, what do I put if I dont have a company? And on the property address space do I have to fill out each one for every single property I'm making offers on with my agent? Because the site is not letting me leave that space blank. Every space has to be filled out for the site to give you a POF letter. can you help me out?
Reynold - IM not familiar with the site..... if you do not have a company you would almost have to leave it blank.... It should create a POF for you in your name if thats the case. They would email it to you.... do a trial run. Typically....you will need to do one for each property.... My offers state I will provide POF if the offer is accepted.... It would be impossible for me to include one with every offer....
I've done one with TBD. I just put TBD in the address field and filled everything else in with city, st zip. My realtor was ok just with one with one address and would apply it to what was accepted. They let you print as many POF as you want so you can do trials as suggested.
