How Do You Find Buyers?

How Do You Find Buyers?

Every day I get the opportunity to talk to many people across the United States and Canada. As one of Dean's Coaches it is fun to see what is going on out there.

What I would like to do is take a new topic every few days and see how many of you are handling things. What are you doing to succeed? By taking a look at what you are doing it will help me to help others.

My questions for this week is this:

What is the one thing you are doing to find buyers?

Your help is appreciated.

How Do You Find Buyers?

I "cross train" to find buyers. That's really a sports term. But I use it to convey the fact that I always speak of my business/es to everyone I talk to.

I'm a wholesaler, a wedding musician, a church musician, and a retirement planner.

It always amazes me how these seemingly unrelated fields have so much in common.

The newlyweds need a home as well as a musician for their wedding...so I always talk about homes, real estate etc.

It's a small world after all.

I love to see that you are taking every opportunity to find buyers in your occupations. Keep business cards on you, ears open and talk to people!

The key is to take action and don't be afraid to talk to people. You've done that! It's important for people to think outside the box and sometimes people forget about the people right around them in their everyday lives. Thank you for sharing!

FINDING BUYERS?...

one way is go to an rei agent (if they tell you NO ...Then go find another and just repeat till you find one that can!...For its public info)and ask for the sheet of "CASH SALES in the last 90 days" (Some you can get away with the last 30 days...)...Take those addy's and run them through the tax assessor's website for your county or the area of which your investing and what that will do is (Not all of them you will get names and etc...but most of em' you will) then take that and cross ref it through the phonebook or www.whitepages.com and that will give you contact info ...now you wont get every number to everyone on that list...and sometimes it will give you an addy to to send a letter to....and just wait on them to return while you work on other things....

2nd way...Go to your local REI meetings and just talk to people most of the time keep your mouth shut and ears open for when you hear someone talking about how they have this property they dont know what to do with and cant find someone....make that person a seller but if they are talking about what they would "Like" to have then go talk to that person...(Keep in mind there is WRONG ways and RIGHT ways to talk to people...Simply do some research here on DG.com to find out what does and what doesn't!)

3rd ...CALL BANDIT SIGNS for they either have buyers or have sellers for your buyers!

4th. Hand out business cards or leave them on the table at the local resturaunt for again it sometimes brings in leads for your buyers or partners buyers and sometimes brings in buyers wanting deals...

5th. Make a short trip to an couple agents offices for sometimes they have an investor there working for like the one i use ....she has another investor and i talked to him asking what hes looking for....

There ya go!...5 Different ways to bring in buyers (also some work well for getting leads to the buyers)
