Where I found an Investor!

Where I found an Investor!

I was in the parking lot at Sams Club and saw a man pushing a flat cart w/2 toilets on it. I introduced myself, asked if he was an Investor and he said Yes, I said I was too,he then said he was headed to his Flip property, gave me his card and said email him with what I had to offer. He's now on my contact list and asked me to please call him the next time I had a property available. Pretty Cool Huh! Johnnypvaz (The Old Man)

I love Sam's Club!

That's a great story! It's a great example of knowing how to identify investors out there and don't be afraid to talk to them! You had nothing to lose and everything to gain - you did it! Good job!

I just bought a toilet and a faucet etc at Costco for a rehab, nobody talked to me! ha. How many wholesalers to you think walked by me and didn't think about saying anything or approaching me?

Know how to identify possible investors and talk to them! Another great way to build your buyers list and expand opportunities to make money!

Thank you for sharing! Happy Investing!

Karen

Funny Karen and Great Job Johnny!

That was thinking outside the box and using that motto that "Your mouth is your office, keep it open!" Love it!

THAT'S GONNA BE MY NEW MOTTO! LOL!!!

Hi Johnny, Karen, Femailceo, and DG Family!
I've never heard that motto, but it hits the proverbial nail right on the head it does! I'm going to adopt that slogan as my personal daily Mantra!
Kudos to you, Johnny, for recognizing an opportunity when you see one!
Best of luck to you all!

finding resources

I found a resource at Value Village. I was wandering through looking at things and over heard a conversation between two women. The thing that caught my attention was "I just sold that condo . . ."
Being new I thought "How interesting. This woman is doing real estate." and began to walk away. I caught myself. turned around walked up beside her and held out one of my new business cards to her. A conversation ensued and she gave me her card.

I agree "Your mouth is your office. Keep it open" I almost closed my office. Glad I didn't
