Reply to my last letter to the DG Family finding an Agent

Well everyone I did find an agent and I did have an appointment on the 25th of January whuch I kept. God as my wittness when we met the agent was just ready to turn 60 and boy did he verbalize it. He had the nerve to tell me that the timing was wrong to do any deals in Real Estate right now and we should wait until after Febuary ,and of course timing was everything. Well when I got home I had his E-MNail address so I sent him one saying if the market did drop more wouldn't that be to our advantage and lets not wait any longer let just do it. Needless to say he E-Mailed me back the next day and said he was to busy right now to help me in my Real Estae venture. My thought's are I learned what Dean and Matt have both said. Don't ever let any of the NAY sayers stop you. I'm still going to press on and never stop until I reach my GOAL. Again everyone I'm 66 years old and I will forfill what I'm shooting for. Bye for now, JohnnyPVAZ

Keep up the good work!

My quote that I love is "You're never too old to be what you were meant to be."

Good luck!

Investor outside Az./how do you work with them.

Iam pretty sure I have an investor that Iam going to be able to work with but he is located in California. Iam going to be his bird dog to start with, finding properties in my area.My question is how will that work when I find a property, assigning it,finders fee etc. Iam at a loss as what to do. I would appreciate any help the DG family can give me. Will the investor have to come to Arizona to finalize the deal or can it be done while he is still in California? Thanks for any help I can get with this problem. Still trying to hang in there. JohnnyPVAZ
