The secret revealed! How will your story end?

As I sit on the balcony of my room at the Fire Sky Resort in AZ at 2:43 a.m., been up a little over an hour…...just couldn’t sleep. Got some work done, offers in, correspondences to emails, etc. I couldn’t help but feeling a bit overwhelmed. Not in a work sense, but a fullness at every capacity. I came in the day before the Edge because quite honestly the event is magnificent none less than intoxicating and I love getting to opportunity to meet, connect and network with the incredible DG family before, during and after this event. I was reflecting over some of the conversations today and one that I had in particular was from this incredibly sweet lady that when she approached me, I recognized from last years Edge. It’s funny how something so small can be so profound. She brought tears to my eyes as she described how proud she was of me for all that I had accomplished. Crazy thing is it somewhat hasn’t all resignated with me yet. The fact that it was me not getting to the 2011 Edge that ignited the fire and determination that I would get free from my job. I blew through obstacles, conquered self, worked extremely hard and yes I did it, 7 month later walk away from a job. The 2012 Edge was my first Edge event. Lol I literally laugh at who I was, though process, and actions from last year to this year. I can remember on the last day, Dean brought up the Alumni students. I absolutely adore each and every one of them! It was Dean, Matt and alumni students that I drew strength from when I was weak. That gave me hope when RE was simply a burning desire but not manifested. That I could do it! I remember exactly how I felt walking out of the event on Sunday evening. I had to come back to my room to ‘get it together’. I was full of emotions and soooo determined I was going to be amongst those alumni. I wanted to earn my spot on that stage! I wanted so badly to be in the group of ‘success stories’! To prove to myself that I could do it. I made a decision that night that I didn’t care what it took, how long or what I’d have to do, but I would earn my spot on that stage. Dean doesn’t sell those spots, you have to Earn them! Honestly it’s got nothing to do with the dang stage it’s about what you have to become! You see, 3 years go when I decide to quit dabbling and get disciplined I started a journal on here that I use to post to regularly. When I first started it, it’s title was ‘Unkept Promises to myself’ because that was it…..that was my life story. Many times, I’d start but never finish or follow through. In 2011 that pain finally got bad enough that I decided to break the curse of ‘tags’ that I and other people had placed on myself and I made a decision that I would write my own praises, that I would decide not ‘them’ what people would say about me. That I was going to write the remaining chapters MY way, not the worlds.

So it is with incredible gratitude, appreciation and respect for the opportunity that I will be one of the presentors at this weekends event. God is so good and I have been so incredibly blessed. I have barely scratched the surface and please know my heart, my intent in this post is for one and one reason alone – to encourage you that it is YOU, it is YOU that writes how your story will end. Not the world, not your circumstances, not your situation. It’s you! You have the power right now what ever level or stage of the game you are at……you already have it! YOU just have to tap in to and release the power. Your dreams, your goals – IT’S POSSIBLE!

If you couldn’t make it this year for whatever reason, I’m here to tell you…..right now you are standing at a crossroad. A road I was at 2 yrs ago this weekend when I didn’t get to the 2011 event. You have two choices: you can get discouraged and chalk it up to another missed target, another unkept promise to yourself OR you can use that pain as fuel. Right now the clock is ticking down to the 2014 event……it’s Go time! Time to turn up the heat! You see there is something magical about this event. It’s life changing and life transforming! DECIDE today you will be the creator of your own life, take action and get your tail here next year! We are waiting for you!

Here is the secret, here is what it takes: a quality decision, discipline, perseverance and the work required.
No, the stars don't have to be aligned, no one has a unique advantage, luck has nothing to do with it, etc, nothing about the secret do you not ALREADY HAVE and done before. You just simply need to apply them to RE.
