Finding a good Realtor

1. I’ve been getting a lot of questions and concerns about getting a good realtor. Here are a couple of points to follow when searching for the right realtor. Remember it’s going to take talking to more than one to find the right one. 1
2. 1- Meet potential agents outside their offices. Most good agents spend as little time in the office as possible.
3. 2- Attend open houses. Even if you’re not interested in the property, you can get a good feel of what the agent is like from the property they are listing and how they interact with others.
4. 3- Make sure your agent knows their stuff. Remember you need them to be a realtor, not an investor.
5. 4- Talk to at least 5-7 different agents. This will give you a good idea of what is out there, and it will let you know who is too busy, and who will be responsive.
Remember that some extra time taken in the beginning WILL save you time in the end.
