These are the Top 5 excuses I hear from Realtors coast to coast. In the past few weeks my travels have taken me coast to coast and I am tired of hearing Realtors tell investors these statements.
It's time to break out the Kleenex tissues as I ask Realtors for leads to deals and I get the sob story from a Realtor about no deals. Often I want to offer them a tissue as I listen to this sad sad story. The question is, is it real or just a fairy tale?
Is the market heating up in many areas? Yes it is! However, are there no deals? The last I checked the home page of www.realtor.com, it stated there were only 4.3 Million Homes for sale. Yes Million! Yes 4.3 million!
If you are reading this, there has to be a few deals right in your area. Heck maybe there are a few even in your own backyard! The problem with some Realtors is they actually have to review the listings and do a little leg work.
Some rock star Realtors are more than happy to do the work and the make the sale and make the money. Others sit around the water cooler and talk..............
There are no deals out there!
Everyone is now doing it!
Hedge funds are buying up everything in sight!
Inventory is low!
Other savvy investors have bought up all the deals already!
Deals do not have a huge sign on the roof that blinks and says DEAL!!!! Deals are created by the offer we make. So get out there and start making some offers.
Also, please be careful who you listen to when you hear..........
