OfflineAny help anyone could give me on this would be greatly appreciated. I emailed the town clerk for the town I would like to invest in. I was trying to find the website where I could look up cash buyers of real estate over the last 90 days in order to fill my buyers bucket (per 30 Days Real Estate Cash).
This is the website I got and I believe I have navigated the the right area:

I'm just not sure what all the abbreviations in the "kind" box stand for or which I should select in order to come up with which properties were purchased with cash. If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks all.

If you haven't read Deans book 30 Days To Real Estate Cash then you should. Deans teaches you to get the 90 days cash buyer's list from your real estate agent. You find your investor friendly agent and ask them to pull the list for you. Not every agent knows how to do this but if they don't then all you have to tell them to call the 1-800 MLS listing service hotline and ask them to walk your agent on how to pull the list. I hope this helps.

Thanks Ray. I am in CT and I will pm you my info. I have read that book a few times now. I haven't done a deal yet but I'm trying to get started. I haven't used a real estate agent because I was planning on using bird dogging as my initial exit strategy and wasn't too sure about how an agent gets paid when you do that.

The agent will usually be paid by the seller. The problem is bird dogging MLS listed properties with an agent involved. Most of the time I don't need a bird dog for properties that EVERYONE has access to(the MLS). Your job as a bird dog is to bring me unlisted killer deals.
Also, it might be a good idea to fill out your bio page.

Thank you Michael. That is what I figured. That's why I was trying to find the cash buyers without using an agent. That way once I come across the deals not listed on the MLS I would have someone to hand them too. I'm just not sure how to enter the criteria correctly in order to come up with the results I'm looking for. Thank you again.
