I will make this short, I am a Remodeling Contractor and some times Life gets Tough, I have been slow for the last 2 weeks, If I did not start this venture 4 years ago I would not be Breathing right now!
A year ago I could not sleep if I didn't have work lined up, But now I sleep like a baby.
All The Education over the years. I know I could Market for a property and Sell it in days!
All because I built a nice Buyers List.
I started this Part Time and Yes till this day still part Time, BUT after being off for the last 2 weeks This is my NEW Addiction!!!! All I do is Market and Market all day. And of course Bandit Signs!
I have 3 properties to look at Tomorrow and these are properties that I looked at 3 years ago and got Laugh at with my offer!!
So, Market your business EVERYDAY and You TOO will Sleep like Me!

That's great! I too am doing this part-time as I'm sure a lot of others are too. Yes, the buyer's list is so important! I hope people take note that you started 4 years ago and you're still in the game.

Just a little about how to find hot spots.
Check out Google.
You want to type in the area of interest, such as chester county heat maps.
This will give you the highs and lows of costs of properties in that area.
You want to look at the median prices.
This is were your first time home buyers are buying, or your investors are buying and fixing and flipping at that price.
This is an area wher you want to market, such as Bandit signs, or have your realtor send you properties from that area and make offers. You'll never know until you make an offer.
