TASK # 2 - ASK EACH REALTOR TO PROVIDE TO YOU 10 -15 LISTINGS OF FIXERS; HOMES THAT NEED WORK
TASK # 3 - REVIEW ALL LISTINGS AND VIEW HOUSES THAT APPEAR TO HAVE POTENTIAL
TASK # 4 - MAKE OFFERS; REPEAT - MAKE OFFERS - REPEAT MAKE OFFERS!!!
TASK # 5 - CONTINUE TO BUILD BUYERS LIST
TASK # 6 - PUT OUT BANDIT SIGNS THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND EVERY WEEKEND THROUGH-OUT THE END OF THE YEAR
TASK # 7 - POST 10 ADS ON CRAIGSLIST EVERY WEEK LOOKING FOR BUYERS!
TASK # 8 - FIND 10 ADS ON CRAIGSLIST FOR CASH BUYERS
TASK # 9 - CALL 10 LANDLORDS A DAY FROM FOR RENT SIGNS OR ADS IN PAPER
TASK # 10 - DEPOSIT CHECKS IN BANK
