I have always been impressed by people that work hard. No matter their field of labor, those that work hard seem to get ahead in a way that others do not.

I believe that the field of real estate is no different. It seems to me that those who put forth effort usually get blessed with deals. Even those that struggle, usually because they are learning, get it and start making money. When a person gives up they seem to fail.

Never give up. When the chips are down, never give up. When a deal seems to be out of reach, never give up. When you back is against the wall, never give up.

You can do it.

So true.

I also think like most other business, no matter your effort, you will experience ebbs and flows. Nothing seems like it's panning out for a while, and then you will get deal after deal.

I remember John and I kept coming across foundation issues for a while. It was like a curse. It was frustrating, but we would laugh it off because what are the odds that you would keep seeing the same problem that is usually a deal breaker for us? So obviously things turned around, like we knew they would.

We have to keep moving forward and weather those storms, and like you said, NEVER give up. Just know that every fail (or falling house) brings you closer to a great deal!

Thanks for the great wisdom!

I agree!

I totally agree with you; if we want to get positive results, we need to put in the work...

A quote from Zig Ziglar:
"It was character that got us out of bed, commitment that moved us into action, and discipline that enabled us to follow through"
