The one I need down is the older one with my name spelled out. Thanks. Second profile is new that has first initial and last name together so please don't delete that one.

I have a second profile on IE as well. I never tried asking Dean's customers service to take it down but I will try calling tomorrow. Have you tried?

They said they can't do the admin to take it down, that Dean's office has to do it; hence why I am trying to get it resolved over here. Hmmm no luck yet. I have met people locally that say I don't reply to their message, but it turns out they are sending to my old profile. Need to get this resolved or I will not stay on IE. It was the main reason I quit last time, because they wouldn't resolve the issue, was disappointed when I joined again and the profile is still up.

I never have trouble with IE or this site. They are the greatest!! Besides who could complain about this site. IT IS FREE!! IE is not free, but I have nothing but the best to say about it. Good luck getting your problem solved!
